39 – Hip arthroscopy & personal training

“I trained with Seb for 18 months following a hip arthroscopy. The rehabilitation and personal training focused on increasing my general fitness as well as getting me running again. Each session was a combination of exercise rehabilitation, personal training and running technique tailored to my specific needs. Within a short period of time I saw significant improvements to my overall fitness and strengthening of my hip. Seb was energetic, fun and committed to getting results.
